Viviette Applewhite, 93, testified in July that she would be unable to get an identification card in time for the presidential election. Pennsylvania’s voter ID was upheld in court and the next day Ms. Applewhite went down to the motor vehicle office and got an ID card. Guess it wasn’t that much of a barrier after all.
